My recent stay at 4 Aces in Ella exceeded all my expectations in the most exceptional ways. Upon accidentally leaving behind important documents, the staff promptly returned them to me, displaying a level of honesty and integrity that is truly commendable. The air conditioning in room 201 took a bit of time to cool down, but once it did, it provided a refreshing escape from the warm Sri Lankan climate. The modern and spacious room, complete with a comfortable bed and a very modern wet room shower, was a delightful surprise and a stark departure from typical Southeast Asian accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, from arranging scooter rentals to ensuring our train tickets were in order, showcasing their unparalleled dedication to guest satisfaction. The rooftop restaurant offered an amazing view, making our dining experience truly unforgettable. In conclusion, 4 Aces not only met but exceeded all my stringent criteria, providing a remarkable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable experience in Ella.
